Ask for the expected next update and how it will arrive. If a refill cannot move forward, establish whether the pharmacy is waiting for information from you, your prescriber, or your insurer. That answer is more useful than repeatedly refreshing the same status screen.
Confirm the handoff before traveling
Check the pharmacy's address, department hours, and ready notification together. Stores in the same city can have similar names, so use the address on the order. If another person will collect it, ask the pharmacy what they need to bring.
