Use Walmart's official store finder with your ZIP code or city, select the required service where available, and open the exact location's details. Confirm the street address, department hours, and any order or appointment location before traveling.
Start with the errand
Name the service you need before choosing a route. A location with groceries does not automatically offer an Auto Care Center, a Vision Center, or every bakery service. Open the service information rather than inferring it from the Walmart name.
For ordinary shopping, check that your store is selected in the app or website. A product result can be available for shipping even when it is not offered for local pickup. Treat the fulfillment labels as part of the search, not as a detail to fix after arrival.
Compare two possible stores
When two stores are convenient, use a short checklist. A slightly longer drive may be worthwhile if the needed department is open and the order is already assigned there.

Keep directions connected to the order
Send the exact address to anyone collecting on your behalf. A message saying “the Walmart near the highway” can point to the wrong branch. Include the order confirmation and approved collection instructions where relevant.
If plans change, check the order's available edit options before driving to another store. Selecting a different store for browsing does not establish that an existing order has moved. Wait for a revised confirmation when making a supported change.
