Sources come before claims
Retailer policies and services are checked against official help pages, corporate policy documents, or individual store listings. Government sources are used where relevant, such as recalls and passport photograph requirements. Source links and a review date appear on each guide.
When official pages disagree, we explain the uncertainty and direct you to the information that applies to your order or location. We do not turn a local example into a nationwide promise.
Original usefulness
We write our own explanations, decision tables, preparation lists, and tools. We group related questions into a useful page instead of publishing near-identical articles for minor keyword variations. Calculators show their assumptions and use your inputs; their results are estimates or planning aids, not retailer quotes.
How we use AI
AI assists research, drafting, editing, design, and development. Articles are checked for consistency with their linked sources before publication. This is a source-checking workflow, not a claim of firsthand reporting or professional review. We do not use fictional author biographies, invented interviews, or manufactured customer experiences.
Images and product information
Our original, AI-assisted illustrations set a scene or explain a topic. They do not document an actual Walmart product, store, service, receipt, or completed order. Article illustrations are labeled accordingly. We do not use generated images as evidence for a product test, price, or item condition.
We do not claim to show live stock or current local prices unless the page identifies a current source and its limitations. Dated reference prices should be confirmed before a purchase.
Corrections and updates
Use the correction link on an article to flag a changed policy or inaccurate detail. Include the relevant passage and, if possible, the official source. We assess reported issues and correct supported errors. A review date changes when the guide is substantively checked, not merely because time has passed.
Discussion and advertising
Comments are moderated before publication. Spam, personal information, abusive material, unsafe advice, and unrelated promotion are not published. A shopper's comment is their account, not verified retailer policy.
Advertising is not currently enabled. If introduced, ads will be distinguishable from editorial content and controls. Advertising will not turn a generated illustration or an unverified claim into a product recommendation.
