Download the Walmart app through the links on Walmart's official app page. Choose your store for shopping, use Purchase History for orders, and use Store Mode for supported local features. Feature availability can depend on permissions and membership.
Choose the shortest route
For an existing order, go directly to Purchase History instead of searching for the product again. For an in-store item, check Store Mode and the selected location. For planning, use a shopping list before building the final cart.

Check the store before the answer
Walmart says Store Mode personalizes to the store when location sharing is enabled. If the expected features do not appear, review the app's location settings and confirm where it thinks you are shopping.
A product listing can offer shipping even when local pickup is unavailable. Read the fulfillment label and selected store together. Do not interpret every search result as a shelf-stock guarantee.
Keep planning, scanning, and paying distinct
Checking a price or adding an item to a list does not pay for it. Follow the official checkout instructions for the payment option you use. Walmart identifies mobile scan & go as a Walmart+ feature; do not assume every app user has the same options.
For an order problem, open the actual transaction and use its available help flow. If a sign-in step requires verification, enter the code only in the official app or site, and never share it in a public discussion.
When a screen differs from an older guide, follow the current labels and Walmart's help page. App layouts can change while the underlying task remains the same.
