On Walmart's website or app, open Account, then Purchase History, and select the order's Track Shipment option where available. Walmart also provides tracking in shipping-confirmation emails. Check each package separately.
Open the confirmation that belongs to this purchase
Check the order date, items, and delivery address. If you have several similar purchases, confirm the order number before contacting support. Open the account directly when you are uncertain about a tracking message rather than following an unfamiliar link.
For an item that has shipped, inspect the carrier tracking and its latest status. An estimated date can change; it is different from a completed delivery confirmation.
Check whether the order was split
Walmart explains that items may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately. Review the package list in Purchase History before reporting a missing item. A delivered label on one shipment does not establish that every item in the order was delivered.

Use the right help path
If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, review the delivery location, confirmation, household contacts, and saved address. Walmart's shipping guidance includes waiting two business days for that specific situation before using its chat if it remains missing.
Local store-delivery instructions differ: check the confirmation photo and use the order help flow when the delivery is not there. Do not apply a shipping-parcel waiting instruction to every kind of order.
Keep the order number and a short description of the problem ready for support. Avoid posting a public screenshot that exposes your address or account information.
